Go on an Adventure of Being Complaint-Free - Birthing Angels Crafts

This quote stood out for me.  I find that I complain--a--lot.  I am good at noticing my blessings but also sometimes blame others or circumstances for not achieving what I desire in life.  So I am putting myself on a 21 day program of being complaint-free.  I first read about this on Christine Kane's blog and felt that it rang true for me.  So here I go.  Wish me luck!  I will let you know the outcome of this adventure.

If a cup was a measure of your love---what would you fill it up with?

I would fill it with the laughter of the people I love.
The smell of breakfast.
The early morning quietness.
The coziness of a comfy bed.
An inspirational book.
Sunny days.
Cute things.
The sound of the ocean.
The smell of flowers.

"My Cup Runneth Over" means "I have more than enough for my needs".  This was an "Ah Ha" moment for me.  I need to stop looking for more and enjoy the abundance I am experiencing now.
